Semak provides independent vehicle inspection reports based on data from trusted sources. Reports are for informational purposes and do not constitute a warranty or guarantee of a vehicle's condition.
3. Payments & refunds
Payment is required before a report is generated. If we are unable to produce a report for a valid plate number, you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests should be made within 14 days.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and not to misuse report data. You may not resell reports without our written consent.
5. Limitation of liability
Semak is not liable for any decisions made based on report data. Reports are provided 'as is' based on available information at the time of generation.
